Can I visit the studio before booking?
Of course! We’d love to have you stop by anytime for an impromptu tour.
Do I need a deposit to reserve studio space?
We cannot make a reservation ahead of time without a signed document and deposit of 50% of total rental cost. This helps our staff and clients stay on the same page and avoids any confusion.
Is there a cancellation policy?
We understand that in our industry things can change quickly, which is why we offer a 100% return of deposit if canceled outside 48 hours of rental time and offer a 50% return of deposit if canceled within 48 hours of rental time.
What if I need to make changes to my reservation?
If dates need to be changed within 48 hours of rental time, you can use your initial deposit as a credit for a later date or a later project. If you would rather not use the deposit as a future credit, we will simply offer a 50% return of deposit.
Can I rent equipment to use outside of the studio?
Yes, with a certificate of insurance (COI) you can rent equipment for your own use. Call for details.
Do you offer any discounts or packages for long-term rentals?
Yes we do. If interested, call for details!
What if I need more than 10 hours per day?
Not a problem! We’ll work with you. Call for additional time.
Do you have access to equipment not listed on the website?
Yes, if we don’t have it in-house, we have connections with several other rental houses in the area-and we can get it!
