Fully functional set kitchen for shoots or for catering. Includes common area around the kitchen.

Hair/Makeup space, full bathroom with shower, crafty area, fridge, seating/lounge space, TV monitor, wardrobe closet.

Lounge/Editing Suite & Overlook

Multiple seats and tables, fully equipped editing setup with connection to large TV monitor, indoor patio space overlooking cyc wall/shooting area.

Outdoor Green Space

Fenced in green space includes covered deck with seating.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I visit the studio before booking?

Of course! We’d love to have you stop by anytime for an impromptu tour.

Do I need a deposit to reserve studio space?

We cannot make a reservation ahead of time without a signed document and deposit of 50% of total rental cost. This helps our staff and clients stay on the same page and avoids any confusion.

Is there a cancellation policy?

We understand that in our industry things can change quickly, which is why we offer a 100% return of deposit if canceled outside 48 hours of rental time and offer a 50% return of deposit if canceled within 48 hours of rental time.

What if I need to make changes to my reservation?

If dates need to be changed within 48 hours of rental time, you can use your initial deposit as a credit for a later date or a later project. If you would rather not use the deposit as a future credit, we will simply offer a 50% return of deposit.

Should I pay to paint the cyc wall?

Minor scuffs and marks may be on the cyc wall floor without a fresh coat. Unless your subjects are close to or on the ground, imperfections will likely be out of focus or not visible. It will never be at a quality where we wouldn’t be comfortable using it ourselves.

Is food and catering available?

Craft services and/or catering is available upon request. Cost of food and any delivery costs will be paid for by the client, but we will manage the set up and disposal of food and trash.

Are drinks provided?

Water is always available. When you rent the Green Room, the refrigerator will be stocked with soft drinks and a coffee cart will be included.

Do you offer any discounts or packages for long-term rentals?

Yes we do. If interested, call for details!

Can I rent equipment to use outside of the studio?

Yes, with a certificate of insurance (COI) you can rent equipment for your own use. Call for details.

What if I need more than 10 hours per day?

Not a problem! We’ll work with you. Call for additional time.

Do you have access to equipment not listed on the website?

Yes, if we don’t have it in-house, we have connections with several other rental houses in the area-and we can get it!
